Refund policy
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
- Returns are post marked within 14 days of purchase.
- Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
All items offered at a reduced price are final sale and we are unable to accept returns for these items.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and your returns authorisation (RA) must be included in order for return to be processed.
Please email precious.peanuts.au@gmail.com to arrange your return. We will allocate a returns authorisation (RA) number for you and provide you with the shipping address to which the items need to be returned.
Once your return has been received, we will refund you by the original payment method or provide a online voucher, less the original cost of shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to credit your account.
All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to precious.peanuts.au@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, highly appreciate your understanding.
DAMAGES / FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us to precious.peanuts.au@gmail.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer. Refunds will not be offered unless the product is faulty beyond repair. If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange or refund is not available on sale items.
We recommend using a postage option that allows you to track your order as we takes no responsibility for lost items.
Australian Returns: All exchange items will need to be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
International Returns: All claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Once the item/s have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to discuss further steps.
REFUND
Refunds are available if an item is faulty beyond repair. Please allow 2 weeks for processing before contacting us for an update.
ORDERS
All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you order the correct style, colour, size and quantity.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item/s arrive and then your order will be shipped together. Please let us know if you would like to spilt your order and have the in-stock item/s sent immediately. You will be required to pay any extra shopping fees if we ship item/s separately.
If you have any questions in regards to your pre-order, including information on arrival times, please email us at precious.peanuts.au@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee your pre-order will arrive on time, as there are often delays from the manufacturer which are out of our control. We will endeavour to update you if we expect delays.
We will not be able to cancel pre-orders, however we will be happy to assist with exchanges when you receive the item.
SALE ITEMS
We do not refund sale goods. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. This includes sample sale goods.
Occasionally, sample sale goods will be available for purchase. Please note, these goods are bound to have faults, including stains and size discrepancies. When purchasing sample sale goods, the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
